NSL Presents: Move Mountains
Compassion & Kindness
As part of The North Face Move Mountains campaign, Never Stop London will host a series of four evening events through the month of April and into the beginning of May, championing the different facets of female strength: Creativity, Resilience, Compassion & Adventure. Each evening will boast a variety of incredible speakers, artists and athletes who embody the Move Mountains campaign and inspire us through their work, actions and attitudes.
Thursday 26th April : Compassion & Kindness
The third evening in our event series explores the theme of compassion & kindess, often undervalued strengths but certainly ones to be celebrated. We invite a host of incredible women to share their stories with us:
Ruth Allen is a coach, counsellor, writer and photographer specialising in outdoor personal development work. As a keen mountain adventurer, at the core of Ruth's work is a belief that a strong relationship with nature is key to a good sense of wellbeing.
Angel Dee is a fitness instructor, mother and founder of 'Angel Care Packages', created to provide menstruation items for people sleeping on the streets. "While we may not be able to help with homelessness, we want to at least take one stress away."
Gail Loveschock specialises in Heart to Brain Cohesion, drawing from ancient and modern practices reaching across Mayan, Buddhism, Celtic traditions, Earth and more. Her work encourages a sense of harmony, focussing on connection, empathy and love.
The Norfolk Broads are a four-piece female ensemble who supply a repertoire of traditional stories through song with a very contemporary energy to fuel new takes on the lives of women both past and present.
We'll have the beers & kombucha on ice as well as our technical stylist to advise on the new women's collection. You'll also have the opportunity to design and print a free personalised Move Mountains taupe bag (a lovely gift for the lady who Moves Mountains in your life).
